Jeff Hegland

Jeff was raised on a family grain farm near Birch Hills, Saskatchewan, where he developed a deep appreciation for agriculture and learned the value of hard work and perseverance. Those early experiences sparked a passion for the industry that would ultimately become the foundation of Jeff’s education and professional career.
In 1999, Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (BSA), majoring in Agricultural Economics, from the University of Saskatchewan. Following graduation, he spent five years as an Agriculture Account Manager within the Credit Union system. In that role, Jeff built and maintained strong business relationships while working with a diverse portfolio of agricultural clients.
In 2004, Jeff began his career in real estate, specializing exclusively in farm and ranch properties. Over more than two decades in the industry, he has witnessed significant changes in Saskatchewan’s farm real estate market and has helped countless buyers and sellers navigate a wide range of transactions, from straightforward sales to more complex and unique circumstances.
Jeff’s combination of education, financial experience, rural roots, and more than 20 years of specialized real estate experience gives him a well-rounded understanding of the opportunities and challenges involved in buying and selling agricultural property. He takes pride in building lasting relationships and helping clients make informed decisions that align with their goals.
Outside of his professional career, Jeff enjoys acreage life with his wife and three children. He is actively involved in his children’s sporting activities and also enjoys golfing, fishing, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
